All products showcased are manufactured by Leather Treaty. Tortolo Technical Services Inc. (TTS Inc.) is an authorized distributor of fine Leather Treaty products on the world wide web.

All images are property of Leather Treaty and Tortolo Technical Services Inc. (TTS Inc,). Watermarks shown on catalog images are not on the actual products. These images cannot be used by individuals and companies without the written consent of both Leather Treaty and TTS Inc.

Payment for merchandise will be accepted in $USA or $CAD as indicated. Purchases can be processed through PayPal and major credit cards.

Every effort has been made to ensure the colors displayed from the catalog product pictures, and the actual products are as accurate as possible. There will be slight color differences between products and images because of the wide range of viewing devices that customers use, and their graphic capabilities. TTS Inc. or Leather Treaty cannot be responsible for any customer dissatisfaction due to this issue. In most cases the product colors are more vivid than their catalog image.

All Retail sales are final due to the nature of personally engraving on many of the showcased products. In the event a customer indicates an error has been made in their order, the order will be reviewed to determine where the error was generated. If it was determined the error was made by the customer in the ordering process (example wrong item, incorrect spelling of an engraving, etc.), no product return or refund will be allowed. If the error was generated by TTS Inc., then a replacement item will be processed with the correct information and shipped to the customer at no cost to the customer.
