Refund policy

All Retail sales are final due to the nature of personally engraving on many of the showcased products. In the event a customer indicates an error has been made in their order, the order will be reviewed to determine where the error was generated. If it was determined the error was made by the customer in the ordering process (example wrong item, incorrect spelling of a name etc.), no product return or cash refund will be allowed. If the error was generated by TTS Inc., then a replacement item will be processed with the correct information and shipped to the customer at no cost to the customer.
